Answer: First, go to there you will find a register option on the upper right side of the first page. Click on that option, and A digital form will appear just fill that up and you will be good to go after an admin approve your request of register.

Answer: First, go to there you will find the My account option on the upper right side of the first page. Click on that option, you will find the customer info option. from there you can change your email. And there is that change password option for changing your existing password.

  • If I forgot my password, what to do?

Answer: You should find a forgot password option while trying to log in. Just click on that and put your email. A link will be sent to your email to reset your password.

  • How to deactivate an account on Mayabon?

Answer: You cannot deactivate your account, but you can delete your account if needed. Just log into the account then go to my account option which is on the upper right side of the website. Click on the GDPR tools option, there you will find the delete account option.

  • How to place an order on Mayabon?

Answer: Click on any product you desire. Type the quantity then go to the cart click on the checkout option put your address select the shipping method of your choice to agree with the term of services. then click the confirm button. Your order has been placed you will get a confirmation and a copy of your invoice in the email.

  • How to change any information after placing the order?

Answer: Sorry, you cannot make any changes after placing an order. You can only cancel it. but you can inbox us on the website or Facebook then we will take the necessary action if possible.
