• Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to such persons who can legally contract under the Contract Act, 1872. 

If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a user of Mayabon and shall not transact on or use the Website. As a minor, if you wish to use or transact on a website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. Mayabon reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the website if it is brought to Mayabon’s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years. 

By accepting the Terms or using or transacting on the Website, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that he/she is of legal age i.e. 18 years or older, and capable of entering into a binding contract and such usage shall be deemed to form a contract between the Website and such User to the extent permissible under applicable laws.

ওয়েবসাইটটির ব্যবহার শুধুমাত্র সেই ব্যক্তিদের জন্য উপলব্ধ যারা চুক্তি আইন, ১৮৭২ এর অধীনে আইনত চুক্তি করতে পারেন। যদি আপনি একজন নাবালক হন, অর্থাৎ,১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী, আপনি মায়াবনের ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে নিবন্ধন করবেন না এবং ওয়েবসাইটটিতে লেনদেন বা ব্যবহার করবেন না। একজন নাবালক হিসেবে, আপনি যদি কোনো ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা লেনদেন করতে চান, তাহলে এই ধরনের ব্যবহার বা লেনদেনে ওয়েবসাইটটি আপনার আইনি অভিভাবক বা পিতামাতার দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে হবে । মায়াবন আপনার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং আপনাকে ওয়েবসাইটটিতে অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করতে অস্বীকার করে যদি এটি মায়াবনের নোটিশে আনা হয় বা যদি এটি আবিষ্কৃত হয় যে আপনি ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী।

For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website and/or your order placed on the Website.  Additionally, any disclosures posted on the site or sent to you by email fulfill the legal obligation of communication made in writing.

The Website may be inaccessible for such purposes as it may, at its sole discretion deem necessary, including but not limited to regular maintenance. However, under no circumstances will Mayabon be held liable for any losses or claims arising out of such inaccessibility to the Users and the Users expressly waive any claims against Mayabon in this regard 

MAyabon as a platform does not support or encourage multiple accounts owned by a single user even with different mobile numbers & reserves the right to restrict, deactivate or disable any account that might fall under any sort of abuse of the service.

Membership on the website is free for users. Mayabon does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the website. Mayabon reserves the right to change its fee policy from time to time. Mayabon may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all the existing services offered on the website. In such an event, Mayabon reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services. Changes to the fee policy will be posted on the website and such changes will automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the website.

The Website disclaims any liabilities arising out of any discrepancies to this end to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Any short-term or long-term promotional activity or offer(s) are by default valid for a single order within the offered time frame under any specific account on Mayabon. Any repetitive or suspicious or abusive practice during any offer or promotion might result from a canceled order & Mayabon reserves the right to do so to protect the rights & benefits of other users. An account that tends to abuse any offer by any means on the platform can also get terminated to maintain hygiene factors on the platform. The automated abuse detection technology that Mayabon has can be also enforced at any time without any sort of prior notice.

Discount code(s) offered to any/all segment of the customer(s) through different marketing channels might get disabled or extended by the authority at any time without any prior notice. The modality can also be changed to accommodate price changes or fluctuation & intense uses of the same by the user base to protect against any sort of abuse or susceptive uses.

• The Contract
  
  Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS in your mobile phone number confirming receipt of your order and/or containing the details of your order.You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the goods are delivered to you.

• চুক্তি

• Pricing
  Except where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for products on Mayabon represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price or suggested price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any day. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the MRP of an item sold by Mayabon is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. And if the stated price on the product is lower than Mayabon, we will, either refund the amount or replace the product according to your preference, when acknowledged. 

• মূল্য নির্ধারণ

মায়াবনে পণ্যের জন্য প্রদর্শিত তালিকা মূল্য বা প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য পণ্যের উপরেই তালিকাভুক্ত সম্পূর্ণ খুচরা মূল্য  যা প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীর দ্বারা প্রস্তাবিত ।তালিকা মূল্য বা প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য একটি তুলনামূলক মূল্য অনুমান এবং যে কোনো দিনে প্রতিটি এলাকায় থাকা মূল্য প্রতিনিধিত্ব করতে পারে বা নাও হতে পারে। আমাদের সর্বোত্তম প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও, আমাদের ক্যাটালগের অল্প সংখ্যক আইটেমের মূল্য ভুল হতে পারে। যদি মায়াবন দ্বারা বিক্রি করা কোনো আইটেমের এমআরপি আমাদের নির্ধারিত মূল্যের চেয়ে বেশি হয়, আমরা আমাদের বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, শিপিংয়ের আগে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করব বা আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করব এবং এই ধরনের বাতিলকরণের বিষয়ে আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। এবং যদি পণ্যের উল্লিখিত মূল্য মায়াবনের চেয়ে কম হয়, আমরা হয় টাকা ফেরত দেব অথবা আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী পণ্যটি বদলে দিব ।

•  Return Policy

1. A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if: 

 a)        Product does not meet the user’s expectations. 

b)        Found damaged during delivery 

c)        Have doubts about the product quality and quantity 

d)        Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition 

e)        Is not satisfied with the packaging 

f)         Finds product unusable

We are continuously monitoring the accounts of customers with excessive requests for returns and refunds. We take the necessary steps to prevent this. 

   2. A user may return any unopened or defective up to 10% and less, item within 7 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for      return or replacement: 


a)      Damages due to misuse of the product 

b)       Incidental damage due to malfunctioning product 

c)       Any consumable item which has been used/installed 

d)       Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers 

e)        Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty 

f)       Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered. 

• রিটার্ন পলিসি

১. একজন ব্যবহারকারী ডেলিভারির সময়, বা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন যদি:

ক)  পণ্য ব্যবহারকারীর প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করে না।

খ)  ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পাওয়া গেছে

গ)  পণ্যের গুণমান এবং পরিমাণ সম্পর্কে সন্দেহ আছে

ঘ)  অস্বাস্থ্যকর/অপ্রত্যাশিত অবস্থায় প্রাপ্ত

ঙ)  প্যাকেজিং সঙ্গে সন্তুষ্ট না

চ)  পণ্য অব্যবহারযোগ্য খুঁজে পায় আমরা ক্রমাগত রিটার্ন এবং ফেরতের জন্য অতিরিক্ত অনুরোধ সহ গ্রাহকদের অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরীক্ষণ করে থাকি । এটি প্রতিরোধে আমরা  প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপও নিচ্ছি।

২. একজন ব্যবহারকারী আইটেমটি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ১০% বা তার কম ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আইটেম এবং যেকোনও না খোলা পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারে। কিন্তু নিম্নলিখিত কারণে পণ্যগুলি ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে: 

ক) পণ্যের ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি

খ)  অকার্যকর পণ্যের কারণে আকস্মিক ক্ষতি

গ) যেকোন ভোগ্য আইটেম যা ব্যবহৃত/ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে

ঘ) ট্যাম্পারড বা সিরিয়াল/ইউপিসি নম্বর ছাড়া পণ্য

ঙ) কোনো ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই

চ) যে কোনো পণ্য যদি সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হয় এবং বাক্স সহ প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং যদি না থাকে
